This is a wrap around service to suit owners or managers who don’t have the time or resources to manage and pay multiple contractor’s year on year and for those who want to focus on their own core business.
BBCM NZ provide a single contract in accordance with your buildings Compliance Schedule. We will provide you with the required advice and guidance in relation to your buildings compliance and will arrange all items and services required to ensure compliance with the relevant sections of the Building Act 2004. You will only pay and manage BBCM NZ.

This service suits owners or managers who might have a bit of time and or the resources to manage and pay multiple contractors. The service consists of a mixture of the clients own contractors and our IQP Inspections & Testing service as well as the issuance of the annual Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF).

IQP Inspections & Testing Service
This service suits owners or managers who need an IQP to carry out regular testing and inspections.

Fire Evacuation Services
We can develop and implement a fire evacuation procedure for your building and obtain Fire and Emergency NZ (FENZ) approval. Schedule regular six monthly trial evacuations or staff evacuation training.
