BBCM NZ Customer Feedback Anniversary Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Bay Building Compliance Management NZ Limited (BBCM NZ Ltd).

Promotion period: The promotion commences on the date it is first advertised 21/09/2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 January 2027.

Prize: One (1) $200 Prezzy® Card, with a total prize value of NZD $200.

Eligibility: Entry is open to customers or authorised representatives of customers of BBCM NZ Ltd who have received services from BBCM NZ Ltd during the promotion period. Employees, contractors directly involved in administering the promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to enter: To enter, an eligible customer must complete BBCM NZ Ltd's customer feedback process during the promotion period and provide sufficient contact information for BBCM NZ Ltd to contact them if they are selected as the winner.

No positive review required: Entry is not conditional upon providing positive feedback or a particular rating. Entrants are encouraged to provide honest feedback based on their genuine experience with BBCM NZ Ltd.

Public reviews: Posting a review on Google or any other public review platform is not required to enter the prize draw and does not provide an additional entry or increase an entrant's chance of winning.

Entry limit: One entry per customer/business during the promotion period.

Prize draw: The winner will be randomly selected on 1 February 2027 from all valid entries received before the closing date. BBCM NZ Ltd intends to conduct the draw using an independent electronic random selection tool. The draw will be video recorded and can be available to participants for review for legitimacy purposes upon request.

Winner notification: The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied with their entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, BBCM NZ Ltd reserves the right to conduct another random draw.

Prize conditions: The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any terms applying to the Prezzy® Card itself are determined by the card issuer.

Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used for administering the prize draw, contacting the winner and associated administrative purposes. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy requirements and will not be sold to third parties.

General: BBCM NZ Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions. If circumstances outside BBCM NZ Ltd's reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as advertised, BBCM NZ Ltd may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
